"Pathetic Experience – Never Booking This Hotel Again This hotel turned out to be a total disaster. Nothing shown online matched the reality. The stay was uncomfortable, stressful, and extremely disappointing. There was no AC, and the room felt like an oven. Even after complaining, nothing was done. There was also no geyser, so forget about getting hot water. For a hotel charging money, this level of neglect is unacceptable. Not even drinking water was available. When we requested it, the staff responded with rude and arrogant behavior. Their tone and attitude showed zero professionalism and zero respect for guests. The condition of the room was horrible. The beds were dirty, bedsheets looked used, and overall cleanliness was very poor. It felt unsafe and unhygienic to stay there. This hotel lacks basic facilities, proper hygiene, and decent customer service. The bad and rude behavior of the staff ruined the entire stay. This place is not worth your time, money, or peace of mind. I strongly suggest travelers look elsewhere."

"Very Poor Hotel – Worst Stay So Far Staying at this hotel was a big mistake. The experience was bad from start to finish, and nothing met even basic expectations. The room had no air conditioning, making it extremely uncomfortable, especially in hot weather. There was also no geyser, so hot water was not available at all. These are basic facilities that every hotel should provide, but they were completely missing here. There was no drinking water in the room. When we asked the staff, they showed bad and rude behavior instead of helping. Their attitude was disrespectful and unprofessional, making us feel unwelcome. The room was in very poor condition. The beds were dirty, bedsheets looked unclean, and the overall hygiene was terrible. It did not feel safe or comfortable to sleep in such conditions. Overall, this hotel has poor management, no basic amenities, dirty rooms, and rude staff. It was a very disappointing experience, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Please choose a better place and avoid this hotel."

"Never ever book this hotel in advance. I booked this hotel from Oyo. I even talked with receptionist on phone to confirm my booking. But when I reached there on the day of booking, receptionist simply said there was no vacant room. I called the Oyo's customer representative and made the hotel's receptionist to talk on my mobile, then the receptionist said yes there was a booking for me and he would soon allot me the room. Then one of the staff took me to the top (terrace) and showed me a room which was completely dirty, filthy and full of dust everywhere. Nobody could leave in that room. I suddenly decided to leave at that moment. These people take the bookings and then allot it to others people at higher prices so that they can earn the margins. Even owners might not be knowing what kind of parallel business was going on. It is only the people like us who actually suffer. I reached that hotel by cab and I had to pay a good sum of amount for that."

"This hotel is located approax 200 myr away from the Metro station of Noida sec 59.. Rooms and bathroom are not upto mark, if tell anything to staff , they will not listen to you... Worst service they provided .. They charge heavily but no service.. they charge approax 1000 rs . This charge is very much compare to the service and rooms they provide.. rooms are not having locks , Bathrooms are very dirty.. common areas are very dirty"
